Baker Air Conditioning & Heating started as a need for new construction homes grew in the area. We also do maintenance, repairs, ductwork, and new equipment replacements for existing homes.

Owner Rich Baker has been in the HVAC trade for over 40 years. Rich & Julie Baker owned an HVAC company in Omaha NE from 1998 – 2016. They sold to retire and moved to Lake of the Ozarks. Rich and Julie managed another HVAC company in the lake area for 4 years before starting their own business with their son Danny in 2021.
